Do we need to replace all our meeting room equipment?
Not necessarily. We assess what you have and often reuse displays or cabling, upgrading the camera, audio or controller where needed.
Will smart office devices work with Microsoft Teams?
Yes. We specify meeting room and booking equipment that integrates with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365. Google Workspace options are also available.
Are smart office devices a security risk?
They can be if left unmanaged. We place them on separate network segments, change default credentials and keep firmware updated.
Can you set up a smart office in a new fit-out?
Yes. The best results come from planning cabling, power and mounting during the fit-out, so involve us early alongside your builder.
