Telecom Services
Fibre Optic and Telecom Infrastructure for Queensland Businesses
The physical backbone behind your network: fibre links, comms rooms and carrier-ready infrastructure, planned and installed properly from day one.
Infrastructure That Supports Everything Else
Every phone call, cloud app and camera feed depends on the physical layer underneath it. Loginet plans and delivers fibre optic and telecom infrastructure for offices, warehouses, schools, multi-building sites and commercial fit-outs across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Toowoomba and regional Queensland. That covers inter-building fibre runs, fibre backbones between floors, comms room layout, and getting your premises ready for a new carrier service. This page covers the physical infrastructure. For the internet services that run over it, see business connectivity.
What We Deliver
Fibre Optic Backbone Installation
Single-mode and multimode fibre links between floors, buildings and comms rooms, sized for current needs and future growth.
Fusion Splicing & Termination
Professional splicing, patch panels and enclosures, with clean, labelled terminations that are easy to maintain.
Fibre Testing & Certification Reports
Every link is tested for loss and continuity, and the results are documented so you have a clear record for warranty and future works.
Comms Room & Rack Builds
Rack layout, cable management, power distribution, UPS placement and airflow planning for tidy, serviceable comms rooms.
Carrier Lead-In & Site Readiness
We prepare pathways, conduits and the internal distribution needed before your nbn, Enterprise Ethernet or dedicated fibre service is connected.
Pathways, Conduits & Underground Works Coordination
Planning of cable pathways, trays and conduits, including coordination with civil contractors for trenching between buildings.
How We Deliver Infrastructure Projects
01
Survey
We walk the site, review building plans and confirm cable routes, distances and access requirements.
02
Design
We specify fibre types, termination points, rack layouts and a staged installation plan, with a fixed-scope quote.
03
Install & Test
Installation, splicing, termination and testing, with minimal disruption to your operations.
04
Document & Hand Over
As-built drawings, labelling schedules and test results are handed over, with ongoing support available.
Why Choose Loginet for Telecom Infrastructure

Project teams based in Toowoomba and on the Gold Coast, servicing Queensland sites.
Common Questions About Fibre & Telecom Infrastructure
When should we use fibre instead of copper network cable?
Fibre suits longer distances (beyond the 100-metre limit of copper Ethernet runs), links between buildings, high-bandwidth backbones and environments with electrical interference. Copper is usually still the best choice for connecting individual desks and devices.
Single-mode or multimode fibre: which do we need?
Multimode is common for shorter runs inside a building. Single-mode supports much longer distances and higher future speeds. We recommend based on distance, equipment and growth plans.
Is this the same as getting a fibre internet service?
No. This page covers the physical cabling and infrastructure on your premises. The internet service itself (business nbn, Enterprise Ethernet or dedicated fibre) is covered on our Business Connectivity page, and we can coordinate both.
Can you work in occupied buildings?
Yes. Works are staged and scheduled around your operations, including after-hours where needed, to keep disruption low.
