Unified Communications for Queensland Businesses

Calls, video meetings, chat and voicemail in one place, designed, deployed and supported by a local team in Toowoomba and on the Gold Coast.

One Platform for Every Conversation

Most small and mid-sized businesses end up with communication tools that grew one at a time: a phone system in the comms cupboard, a separate video app, personal mobiles for after-hours calls and chat spread across several apps. Unified communications (UC) brings those channels onto a single platform. Your team can then call, meet, message and share files from a desk phone, a laptop or a mobile, wherever they’re working. Loginet designs UC around how your business actually communicates, then manages the rollout, number transfers and ongoing support for businesses across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Toowoomba and regional Queensland.

What We Deliver

UC Strategy & Design

We review how your team calls, meets and collaborates today, then recommend a platform and licence mix that fits your size, budget and the way you work.

Cloud Voice & Business Phone Systems

Cloud phone systems or Microsoft Teams Phone with your existing numbers, call flows, hunt groups and voicemail-to-email.

Video Meetings & Meeting Rooms

Reliable video conferencing for staff, plus meeting-room cameras, microphones and displays that start a call with one touch.

Chat, Presence & Collaboration

Team chat, presence status and file sharing integrated with your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace environment, so people can see who's available and reach them on the first try.

Mobility & Remote Work

Softphone apps on laptops and mobiles let staff make and receive business calls from anywhere without giving out personal numbers.

Integration & Security

We connect UC to your CRM and calendars where it adds value, and secure it with multi-factor sign-in, sensible call-recording settings and network quality-of-service.

Our Approach to Unified Communications

01

Assess

We audit your current phone services, contracts, numbers, internet links and the tools your team already uses.

02

Design

We map call flows, user roles, devices and licences, and plan number porting and network readiness.

03

Deploy

We configure the platform, port numbers, set up devices and train your team, with cut-over timed to minimise disruption.

04

Support

Ongoing changes, user adds, troubleshooting and regular reviews keep the system matched to your business as it grows.

Common Questions About Unified Communications

Unified communications combines business calling, video meetings, chat, voicemail and presence in one platform, so your team can communicate from any device using the same business identity and number.

In most cases, yes. Australian geographic, 1300/1800 and mobile numbers can usually be ported to a new service. We manage the porting request and schedule the cut-over to minimise downtime.

Not always. Many current IP handsets can be reprovisioned, and some staff may prefer a softphone or headset instead. We check compatibility during the assessment.

Voice and video need a stable connection with enough upload bandwidth and sensible traffic prioritisation. We test your connection first and recommend upgrades only when they’re needed.
