Loginet's Corporate Sustainability Policy and Corporate Responsibility
As an international IT company, our corporate sustainability policy reflects our duty to build business with respect for human rights and care for the environment. This corporate social responsibility policy guides every decision we make, from workplace safety to environmental protection and business ethics. We believe that sustainable development, guided by strong corporate governance, is the foundation of an effective business strategy, one that earns the trust of clients, partners, and employees across Australia and beyond.
Human Rights
Our human rights policy ensures we respect and promote human rights, treating people equally regardless of their nationality, age, and sex. We don’t allow human rights abuses and prevent forced labor and discrimination in employment.
Health and Safety
Our health and safety workplace policy is designed to create safe and healthy working conditions for every employee. Each team member is instructed on safe work practices and can get first aid in the office. Our employees receive medical insurance and reimbursement of fitness expenses. Additionally, we ask employees to report unsafe situations at the workplace and take timely measures to prevent accidents and occupational diseases.
Environmental Responsibility
We are committed to environmental responsibility and addressing challenges such as climate change. We adhere to and encourage our business partners and vendors to follow a number of rules, such as:
- Using reusable cups instead of plastic and paper ones.
- Using LED lights and energy-efficient computer equipment.
- Reducing the use of paper at work when possible, for example, resorting to electronic documents instead of hard copies.
- Encouraging employees to ride bicycles to work, providing bicycle parking and comfortable showers.
- Collecting old accumulators and light bulbs for recycling.
Corporate Governance and Business Ethics
Ethical behavior, guided by clear corporate governance, is the core of our business strategy. Our anti-corruption and anti-bribery policy ensures transparency in business operations and the elimination of coercion at every level. We believe this approach, supported by our broader ESG policy, is one of the keys to maintaining trust among employees and with our customers and business partners.
Promoting Sustainability Issues in Interaction with Customers and Business Partners
We communicate our sustainability policy directly to our business partners and customers and expect them to keep to the principles of environmental protection and human rights observance. Vendor sustainability compliance is a key expectation across our supply chain — we engage our vendors and business partners to consider the environmental impact their or our joint business may cause and take measures to prevent negative consequences.
Sustainability Communication
We are open and consistent in our sustainability ideas and constantly promote them worldwide. We share our knowledge through marketing materials and our corporate website to make IT business more sustainable.
Handling Complaints by Individuals and Communities
Our goal is to maintain a transparent complaints procedure to identify sustainability problems as early as possible. It’s important to prevent conflicts and keep a positive business image. We seek to systematically handle concerns and complaints on a fair basis and monitor if addressing complaints doesn’t cause additional issues.
Sustainability Policy Reviews and Updates
We aim at continuous improvement and annually review our corporate sustainability policy. We introduce corresponding updates to the policy and additionally monitor whether our sustainability aims and business goals are aligned, reflecting our sustainable business practices across Australia and internationally.
