Onsite IT Support Across the Gold Coast
Most IT problems today are fixed fastest remotely: a password reset, a Microsoft 365 issue or a misbehaving laptop can be sorted in a remote session without waiting for anyone to drive across town.
When hands-on work is needed, such as a failed switch, new cabling, an office move or a hardware swap, an engineer comes to your site from our Bundall office. Remote and onsite support work as one service, logged in the same system, so nothing falls between the cracks.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much do managed IT services cost on the Gold Coast?
Loginet’s managed IT plans start from $84 per user per month (ex GST) for Essentials. Business is $105 and Premium is $129 per user per month. The minimum is 5 users, plans are month-to-month with 30 days’ notice, and software licences are billed separately.
Do you provide onsite IT support on the Gold Coast?
Yes. Most issues are fixed remotely, which is usually the fastest option. When hands-on help is needed, such as hardware, network or cabling work, an engineer comes to your site from our Bundall office. For P1 critical issues, our onsite targets on the Gold Coast are 3 hours on Business and 2 hours on Premium.
Are there lock-in contracts?
No. All plans are month-to-month with 30 days’ notice.
What does a managed service provider actually do?
A managed service provider (MSP) runs your IT on an ongoing basis for a monthly fee. That covers helpdesk support, monitoring, updates and patching, security, backups and planning, so problems are prevented rather than just fixed when they break.
Can you help us meet the Essential Eight?
Yes. We assess your current maturity against the ACSC Essential Eight, then put controls such as multi-factor authentication, patching, application control and tested backups in place to reach the target level that suits your business.
Do you support Microsoft 365?
Yes. We cover licensing, setup, migration, security (Defender, Intune and conditional access) and day-to-day user support for Microsoft 365.
